A Message from the Managing Director, Safer Care (Group)

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our care group. Safer Care is an independent care organisations registered by the Care Quality Commision to offer a range of services. We provide

 personal care for young and older people who have physical or learning disabilities, dementia, mental health problems or simply require support to enable them to take after themselves in their own homes. Our highly professional and experienced staff are well-qualified to support our clients to access recreation, bathing, washing, dressing, preparing meals and drinks. They can keep you company to the market, shops and visiting family and friends.

The principles that underpin our work is to offer all our clients’ independent and unbiased support to help them make informed and flexible choices of services that meet their expectations, needs and requests. We can also offer services ranging from hourly care to 24 hour live-in-care in your home and provide the necessary support you require.  Whenever you choose any of our services you and your loved ones can relax knowing that you are in the SAFE HANDS of a team of friendly and supportive well-trained professional carers.

Our mission is to provide excellent care services within warm and friendly home environment that meet the needs of individuals and communities. We provide services to all people regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation and ethnic origin. We never impose any decisions and services on our clients.  Your care and livelihood is at the heart of what we do.  

In order to sustain the highest standard of care we continually provide training for all our staff to help them to update their knowledge, sharpen their skills and deepen their experiences so they have the ability to meet the needs of all our service users.  We offer unparalleled training and course accredited by recognised Exams Boards such as OCR and Edexcel.

I acknowledge the challenges that currently exist in the care sector, but our commitment to ensuring efficiency, value for money and improved outcomes for service users is unwavering. We vow never to compromise on services to humanity and as such we are constantly monitoring and revising our services to ensure that standards do not slip.
